About Me

I’m Natasha Steyn, founder of Mooi Mooi Floral Design & Styling — a South African-born floral designer now rooted in Newcastle, Australia. My journey started in the gardens of Pretoria, where my grandmother and mother taught me to admire every bloom, seed, and season. That early connection planted the seed for a lifelong love of flowers.

Now based in Newcastle, I offer bespoke florals and styling for weddings, events, and special celebrations. 

My work blends timeless beauty with natural texture and soul — whether you’re after something romantic, bold, or modern boho. Every design is tailored to reflect your style, story, and space.

Inspired by the vibrant biodiversity of South Africa — from proteas to wild roadside blooms — I carry that richness and warmth into every installation. Mooi Mooi means “beautiful beautiful” in Afrikaans, and that’s what I aim to deliver: florals that transform a moment and linger in memory.
